PassION FoR EmPANADAS

Empanadas are a staple to almost every Latin or Hispanic culture around the world. Growing up myself in Puerto Rico, and my wife in New York, we were no exception. We met when we were 18 and 21 in college in South Florida. We were both ambitious and optimistic for our future.

After finishing college, we moved to Raleigh, NC, looking for a better place to build a family. In 2016, We were blessed with the opportunity to bring our family recipes and traditions to Wake Forest, NC, and we have not taken it granted for a second.
